Refund Policy

When you can get a refund

If you ask within 14 days of purchase, we refund the credits you have not used.

The refund is the price per credit of the pack you bought, multiplied by the credits left. For example, if you used 3 credits from a 15-credit pack ($14.99), we refund the remaining 12 credits, about $11.99.

When we cannot refund

Credits you already used to receive a reading cannot be refunded. A reading is digital content delivered right away.

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not refunded.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals, so there is nothing to cancel. A credit pack is a one-time purchase.

When an error stops a reading

If an error stops a reading from being created, no credits are used. If you think credits were taken by mistake, contact us and we will check and put them back.

How to ask for a refund

Email seoyulcreative@gmail.com with the email address you signed up with and the date of purchase. After we check, we refund you by the payment method you used. How soon it shows up on your card or account depends on your payment method.
